We all have done it. We all have this crazy little list that we have either written down or have in our heart and heads of the things we want to do before we can't. The list of sunsets or sunrises over a crest, the beach you always wanted to walk, the trail that calls your name, the canyons that haunt your dreams. Maybe you are crossing them off alone one by one, or with your spouse. Maybe you go somewhere on that list once a year, or you haven't even started crossing places off the list yet....whatever it looks like, the truth is... most of us all have "THE LIST"
We are a couple of best friends who are outdoor enthusiasts and love adventure. Although we haven't traveled the entire world or hiked in all the beautiful places, its on our "LIST".
Between the two of us, we have hiked, camped, explored, kayaked, cliff jumped, sky dived, etc. and our adventures have taken us to Hawaii, Montana, Alaska, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Texas, Arkansas and Tennessee just to name a few. We have had some amazing experiences and memories to pass along the way that we will always cherish, but our "LIST" is still very long and heavy! In recent months, we had a little reality check and realized we aren't getting any younger. Our health doesn't care about our future plans. So now is the time! The time to go after our dreams and conquer some of those amazing places we have always wanted to see.
You will see where we are going and what the next adventure will be in our blog! We are going to pass along the things we have learned, helpful information, and the experiences that build us along the way. Be prepared to be entertained, and inspired as these two trailhead tailgaters step off to take on the adventures one place at a time!
